Whilst physical newspapers are still a key part of our business driving digital subscriptions and audiences will be the key to future success. The customer is at the heart of everything we do and we are committed to creating long term loyal customers through driving engagement improving customer experience and creating enhanced products that meet our customers evolving needs.
Your role: Reporting into the CRM Manager the marketing exec will have creative flair an eye for attention to detail and be a quick learner who is able to pivot in a fast paced environment. You will be a critical team member owning and leading on multiple projects
Day to day you will:
Responsible for driving business growth through acquisition engagement and retention campaigns.
Define marketing briefs understanding objectives and managing stakeholders to deliver output on time and to a high standard
Responsible for coordinating small to medium campaigns including planning asset briefing stakeholder management and campaign build
Monitor and report on weekly performance to make data driven recommendations to optimise campaigns
Implement testing plans to improve campaign performance
What were looking for from you:
Excellent communication and analytical skills with a keen eye eye for detail
Experience of Adobe campaign Moveable Inc and Tableau is desired but not compulsory
Proactive and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience in betting and gaming industry or subscriptions desirable
