We will count on you to:
- Lead and support client engagements managing overall service delivery strategy financial evaluations plan design and benchmarking.
- Perform detailed technical reviews of analysis and reporting prepared by junior colleagues applying group insurance underwriting principles.
- Develop benefits design and renewal strategies driving the creation of tools and solutions for complex client issues.
- Utilize Mercer tools effectively in the development and execution of client strategies.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on both technical and soft skills.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree.
- Life Licensed agent in Ontario (or actively working towards obtaining).
- 5 years of experience in identifying designing pricing recommending and implementing innovative business solutions for complex health care benefits challenges.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills capable of prioritizing and handling multiple complex tasks in a demanding work environment.
- Strong technical underwriting skills and knowledge of the Canadian insurance market.
