Salary: $50000 - $60000 plus commissions
Job Description
As a key member of our Service Team you will serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of clients delivering high-quality customer service and support. You will receive training in hardware and license quoting troubleshooting techniques and basic technical knowledge while honing exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage quoting scoping and service orders effectively.
- Meet performance goals and KPIs while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Retain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Handle issue escalation to ensure timely resolutions.
- Travel to client offices as needed.
- Maintain professionalism by dressing appropriately in business attire for client-facing settings.
- Develop structured plans to guide clients through service solutions ensuring a clear path for resolving issues and achieving business goals.
- Assist clients in financial forecasting and resource allocation to optimize IT investments and operational efficiency.
- Assess and evaluate existing IT systems to identify opportunities for improvement scalability and security enhancements.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate strategic technology plans that align with their business objectives and long-term growth.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within a service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning and growth.
- Ability to identify customer concerns and engage with the appropriate support teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
