Job Description
What will you do
- Continuous monitoring of internal and external data sources with the purpose of identifying potential risks associated with new marketplace sellers.
- Collaboration across the enterprise to identify resources reporting and risk mitigation tools to reduce risk associated with new sellers.
- Data collection consolidation and analysis for vetting new marketplace sellers and communication of this information to members of the Marketplace team.
- Initiate investigations based on red flags identified during data analysis.
- Track and link case data utilizing available tools and databases.
- Identify support needs and execute solutions related to systems processes and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter resource in areas of marketplace seller vetting.
- Six months or more of data analytics fraud or investigations experience.
- Ability to understand trends and spot anomalies within data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word Excel and Power Point.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficient in Structured Query Language (SQL).
