Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering programs across product development automation and process improvement.
- Collaborate across business unitsincluding engineering production and operationsto define scope timelines and success metrics.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
- Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders including executive reporting and cross-functional communication.
- Contribute to scaling the business by developing repeatable processes tools and methodologies that improve execution and delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future project planning.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
- Proven experience leading technical programs from early concept through new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
- Strong project management skills: planning execution resource coordination and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management balancing input from leadership customers and suppliers.
- Technical problem-solving skills including the ability to debug and resolve complex engineering issues.
- Experience creating detailed project plans tracking progress vs. milestones and reporting KPIs.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.
- Commutable to Aurora IL
