Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering programs across product development automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborate across business unitsincluding engineering production and operationsto define scope timelines and success metrics.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders including executive reporting and cross-functional communication.
  • Contribute to scaling the business by developing repeatable processes tools and methodologies that improve execution and delivery.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future project planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Proven experience leading technical programs from early concept through new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
  • Strong project management skills: planning execution resource coordination and risk management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management balancing input from leadership customers and suppliers.
  • Technical problem-solving skills including the ability to debug and resolve complex engineering issues.
  • Experience creating detailed project plans tracking progress vs. milestones and reporting KPIs.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.
  • Commutable to Aurora IL
