Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise in Warehouse Management Systems particularly Manhattan Associates WMOS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system configuration implementation and production support as well as strong skills in Oracle SQL and system integration. This is a contract position based in Miami Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Manhattan WMOS WMS systems including enhancements and production support.

• Gather business requirements and design effective scalable WMS solutions.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries; support Oracle database development.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues and repetitive failures to identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements and minimize rework.

• Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirement gathering development testing deployment and support.

• Maintain documentation per SDLC guidelines including solution design configuration and interface specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations IT and external vendors.

• Stay up to date with warehouse execution technologies capabilities and trends.

• Support change control processes and provide shift/on-call coverage as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

• 710 years of experience in WMS domain with at least 6 years focused on Manhattan WMOS.

• Proficiency in Oracle SQL; hands-on experience with tools like TOAD and SQL*Plus.

• Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux server environments and Oracle RDBMS.

• Experience in Java/J2EE distributed architecture is a strong plus.

• Ability to create dashboards scorecards and executive presentations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
