Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate trucks (1-ton 3-ton or lorry) to deliver goods as assigned.
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules.
- Load and unload cargo safely and sometimes need to do installation. (Training provided)
- Ensure proper handling of goods and documentation.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle.
- Comply with traffic rules safety regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate with dispatchers warehouse staff and clients when required.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Malaysia GDL.
- Proven experience as a truck or lorry driver.
- Excellent driving record and knowledge of traffic laws.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
