RequirementsWhat youll do
- Provide strategic and commercial leadership for the health economics function across the business.
- Own the health economics P&L driving growth quality and innovation.
- Lead the development of proposals and build long-term client relationships.
- Champion new service offerings and contribute to the strategic direction of HEOR services.
- Act as senior lead on key projects mentoring teams and ensuring high-impact delivery.
- Represent the company externally at conferences client meetings and advisory boards.
What youll bring
- A strong technical background in health economics with expertise in modelling and HTA.
- Proven experience in leading and growing high-performing teams.
- Commercial acumen and a track record of developing successful client partnerships.
