Job Summary:
This role is for a Physical Therapist providing skilled home health services in Napa CA and surrounding areas. The therapist will manage a caseload of up to six patients daily providing one-on-one care and adhering to a 30-productivity-point standard. The position requires a minimum of one year of skilled physical therapy experience and involves one weekend shift per contract.

Location: Napa California United States
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one skilled physical therapy to home health patients.
- Manage a caseload of up to six patients per day.
- Maintain a 30-productivity-point standard.
- Complete required documentation preferably using Oasis.
- Work one weekend shift per contract.
- Travel to patient homes within a 50-mile radius (occasionally exceeding this radius).
- Maintain own transportation.
- Manage a caseload of up to six patients per day.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- One year of skilled physical therapy experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid drivers license car insurance and personal vehicle.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Oasis experience (not required).

Special Considerations:
- 8-hour day shifts only; 4x10s and 3x12s are not accommodated.
- Facility may call off the therapist for up to one shift per pay period.
- Travel to patient homes within a 50-mile radius (occasionally exceeding this radius).
- Pending licenses are accepted.
- RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager.
- First-timers are not accepted.
