What Youll Do:
Track & Optimize Performance
- Monitor KPIs across Twitter TikTok Instagram Threads YouTube and more
- Build dashboards and reports for engagement reach conversions and retention
- Identify trends and growth opportunities backed by real data
Put AI to Work
- Use tools like ChatGPT Midjourney etc. to create ideas copy and visual assets
- Craft high-impact prompts to support creative production
- Partner with our content team to boost speed and relevance
Spot Trends Before They Break
- Stay ahead of sports betting and cultural trends
- Track competitors and conversations that matter
- Recommend real-time content moves to keep us in the game
Level Up Social Strategy
- A/B test content captions and post times
- Recommend platform-specific optimizations
- Collaborate with creatives to push high-performing campaigns
What You Bring:
- 2 years in social media marketing analytics or a similar role
- Strong experience using AI tools (ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney etc.)
- Comfortable with platform analytics Sprout or similar tools
- Excellent writing/editing skills in English especially for short-form content
- Thrive in a fast-paced content-heavy environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Sportsbook or betting industry knowledge
- Experience building prompt libraries or AI content workflows
- Familiarity with paid social or influencer metrics
- Some SQL or data visualization skills
- A pulse on viral content & platform algorithms
