The more you sell the more you earn. With base pay plus performance bonuses top managers can earn $160K annually. This is a high-volume shop with massive potentialand were looking for someone whos ready to make it the best in our network.
What Youll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Motivate coach and grow a team of skilled technicians.
- Drive Sales: Implement smart strategies to boost revenue and hit aggressive targets.
- Own the Experience: Deliver top-tier customer service that keeps people coming back.
- Run the Show: Oversee daily operations streamline workflows and keep things moving.
- Adapt & Execute: Take on additional duties as needed to keep the shop thriving.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong sales mindset with a hunger to exceed goals
- Passion for customer service and operational excellence
- 3 - 5 years of experience in automotive service management (preferred)
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and shop management tools (e.g. Tekmetric)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (may be required)
