Spectrum for Living is one of the largest and most respected nonprofit organizations serving adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. A not-for-profit organization which provides barrier-free residential facilities and day program facilities medical/nursing psychological recreational vocational/educational dietary psychological social and therapeutic services. Respite family support services Adult Training Center and supported employment opportunities are also provided for persons with physical and developmental disabilities.
We are currently seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator for our Closter ICF in Closter NJ. The position is Monday to Friday Days with on call responsibilities.
The Nursing Care Coordinator will be responsible for supervision and scheduling of nursing staff and case manage health care coordination of individuals with developmental disabilities. Maintain membership in agency committees including aging and infection control. A member of the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 3-5 years RN BSN preferred. Experience with the developmentally disabled population also preferred. At least one year of supervisory experience required. Computer experience required.
