We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills hands-on experience with quality tools and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
Accurately measure components using calipers tape measures micrometers and other precision instruments.
Record and analyze data using Microsoft Excel; generate quality reports and trend charts as needed.
Communicate clearly and effectively with production engineering and quality teams.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (pivot tables formulas data analysis).
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Hands-on experience using standard quality tools (calipers tape measure micrometers etc.).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Experience:
2 years in a manufacturing quality technician or similar role.
Experience with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.
