The Role
As State Manger you will be responsible for the leadership performance and direction of CHLs housing services asset management maintenance and facilities delivery and customer service across the State. Youll play a pivotal role in nurturing stakeholder relationships driving operational excellence and contributing to the growth and renewal off our housing portfolio.
We are looking for a highly skilled committed passionate leader to take on the role of State Manager for Western Australia.
As the State Manager you have ultimate leadership and responsibility for CHLs housing and services and positioning the Organisation as an industry leader in the state.
You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships enhancing these relationships and developing new partnerships to ensure continued high-quality services are delivered to our diverse customers. You will also lead the State Management Team to ensure collaboration across all operational areas and actively participate in senior management group and contribute to organisational improvements and policy development.
About You
You will demonstrate success leading at a senior management level in community or social services property services or related government or private sector; and have a sound understanding of best practice housing management policy and legislation applying to the real estate and community housing industry. In addition you will demonstrate an ability to create a self-directed team environment and possess key attributes.
Essential Criteria:
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
