Rentmeister Total Home Service is a family owned business looking for an experienced apprentice HVAC installer/to join our Team! The HVAC installation apprentice assists the journeyman in installing air conditioning heating and control systems ductwork venting heat pumps and mini splits in New Construction/ Residential homes.
Job Qualifications/Journeyman
- High school graduate
- One or more years of successful and full-time HVAC experience preferably in New Construction Installation
- Good oral and reading skills including the ability to read and apply manufacturers installation instructions and clearly communicate with Rentmeister employees.
- Physical ability to perform all duties noted above under the conditions circumstances and extreme weather conditions.
- Interest and initiative in maintaining his/her HVAC skills through a combination of self-study company training manufacturers workshops and other professional development activities.
- Current Drivers license
- Must have a great driving record
- Ability to work efficiently given time pressures and over time ( as needed )
- Complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- (Rentmeister Total Home Service does NOT accept applicants who possess a Medical Marijuana Card.)
Preferred Qualifications:
RMGA Certified ( or ability to obtain)
EPA Certified ( or ability to obtain)
Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school willingness to attend trade school (or have equivalent experience)

EPA Certified ( or ability to obtain)
Completed or currently attending HVAC trade school willingness to attend trade school (or have equivalent experience)

This is a full time position day shift Monday through Friday with overtime.
Compensation depends on skills and experience
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
