Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to service maintain and troubleshoot air conditioning and HVAC systems in residential commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.
Key Responsibilities

Service DX units split AC cassette units and package AC units.

Knowledge of refrigerant cycle compressor replacement and AC/HVAC electrical control troubleshooting procedures.

Identify gas leakages and perform system recharging.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff for system installation and commissioning.
Requirements

Diploma or ITI Certificate in AC/HVAC or Mechanical or related field.

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the FM (Facility Management) industry.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems electrical controls and HVAC troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Attention to safety and quality standards.
