- Greets customersin a pleasant and professional manner.
- Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line phone system and direct customer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
- Receive cash checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders Parts Counter Tickets Hard Copies.
- Perform all other special duties and projects as requested.
- Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Team playerfocused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational andcommunication skills

- MN Earned Sick & Safe Time - 1 hour accruedfor every 30 hours worked
- Saturdays
- 9:00am - 4:00pm
