Ironworker

Cedar Park Group is hiring an experienced Ironworker to support prefab building projects. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience including working at heights and using lifts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with structural steelwork and possesses the tools and skills to pin and connect iron components efficiently.

Schedule/shift:
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
The Ironworker will be responsible for assembling and installing iron and steel components to support the structural framework of buildings. This includes safely working at heights using proper lifting equipment and aligning steel components using tools such as spud wrenches.

Responsibilities:

• Pin bolt and weld structural steel components

• Align and connect prefab iron sections

• Operate lifts and work at various heights

• Use tools such as spud wrenches and impact wrenches

• Follow blueprints drawings and instructions

• Comply with all OSHA safety regulations on site

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of ironworking experience

• Experience with prefab buildings and working at heights

• Must have own spud wrench and PPE

• OSHA 10 required

• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
