I am looking for n Workshop Manager for a well established Dealership in Parramatta.
They are looking for someone who is experienced supervising a large Service Team. You will need to be highly organised proficient & professional. This is a position which commands a high degree of Communication Coordination & Staff Management. You must have a history results in achieving Service Standards Targets & maintaining Profitability.
Above all we are looking for someone who puts People & Service 1st.
About You;
- Previous experience in a volume Dealership
- Workshop Controller / Foreman or Service Manager history highly regarded
- Exceptional Communicator Oral Written & a high degree of Computer skills
- ERA proficiency
- Extensive Service Operations knowledge
- Trade qualifications preferred
- Strong delegation and prioritisation skills
