Job Description

Automotive Retail Consultant

Lincolnwood IL

At Hyundai of Lincolnwood we are building a small productive team of modern retail associates who can talk to anyone anytime and help people upgrade their transportation through effective text email and phone communication. As a result of your effort and technique you get to enjoy the fruits of your labors by finalizing the transaction in person learning all aspects of automotive retail so you can eventually manage the entire process yourself! Best of all each lead each sold client each referral are yours to keep and you will build residual business and income with the potential to one day lead your own team! We are looking for 1-2 people to join our team immediately who fit one of these descriptions

Please make sure you fit one of these two descriptions before applying:

  • Youre currently working at a traditional car dealership and ready to advance your career by connecting with more customers and having more conversations (in a more fun and personally empowering environment) increasing your production and pay at a 15% net closing ratio from >100 new leads/month from all business sources.
  • You have sales customer service or hospitality experience and you are ready to make the most of a commission-based position where you get to connect with people and help them upgrade their lives through more advanced yet affordable transportation. Our management team has over 50 years of combined experience and we want to help the next generation of initiative-takers and people-leaders guide our business into the future.

What will you do

Connect with and guide customers through the sale process including selection test drive financing and paperwork

Use a Customer Relationship Management tool to effectively track all customer interactions

Present customer Deal Structure and additional finance products

Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
  • Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
  • Bring your A game along with a cheerful outlook every single day.

Qualifications

  • Automotive retail experience preferred but not necessary.
