Position type: HourlyWe are seeking a highly skilledSenior Technicianto lead diagnostics repairs and continuous improvement initiatives across our production and facility equipment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and a passion for mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose complex machine failures and determine root causes
- Research and source appropriate repair parts
- Perform advanced repairs on mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems
- Lead and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
- Drive machine and infrastructure improvement projects
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and control systems
- Ability to read technical manuals schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Experience with CMMS systems is a plus
