Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Clerk III Parts Clerk

Location:Denver CO 80216

Pay Rate:$28.00/hr.

Position Overview:

The Warehouse Maintenance Clerk III Parts Clerk is responsible for managing the maintenance parts inventory including spare parts production supplies and office supplies. This role supports maintenance operations by tracking inventory levels processing order forms coordinating with vendors and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory of maintenance parts production supplies and office supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and service activities conducted at the facility.
  • Prepare and process order forms and necessary documentation for parts purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and OSHA safety standards.
  • Coordinate daily activities with other departments and team members.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Follow all company safety GMP and operational policies.
  • Accurately track parts using spreadsheets and computerized maintenance software (PMC).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:High school diploma GED or equivalent from an accredited institution preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or parts clerk role.
    • Previous experience in auto parts plumbing supplies or similar industries is highly valued.
    • Familiarity with bearings motors electrical parts and general maintenance items in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    • Experience with maintenance management software (PMC) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to follow instructions meet deadlines and work efficiently in a team setting.
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to push pull bend and stand for extended periods
