As a Solution Engineer you will play a critical role in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements developing custom chatbot solutions integrating APIs and leveraging emerging technologies such as ChatGPT to meet business needs. You will also work with CPaaS products like Email Voice WhatsApp RCS and marketing automation solutions and provide expertise on conversational agent chat solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires you to work closely with sales product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional results.
