Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Solution Architect with Prior T-Mobile experience with expertise in Java Angular basic understanding of Salesforce. T-Mobile past experience is a must because they must know the systems and fundamentals like TFB BAN MISDN etc. The candidate will share work pillars and the candidate should be able to pick it up and drive individually with the respective teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owns solution design for multiple cross-domain initiatives involving data.
- Proactively investigates technologies architectures design strategies and standards options.
- Makes and implements sophisticated decisions aimed at improving quality and effectiveness.
- Leads overall technical design and end-to-end solution design for highly complex initiatives.
- Ensures quality consistency and alignment of designs to TMUS standards and digital strategy.
- Handles multiple initiatives in parallel and lends expertise to Principal and Sr. Architects.
- Presents solution design to Senior Leadership in IT and Business.
- Prepares and maintains design deliverables including POCs architecture diagrams data models and API/micro-service architecture.
- Builds presents designs and implements new ideas to improve existing or new systems/processes/services.
- Analyses industry trends and competitive moves proposing appropriate actions.
- Identifies system weaknesses determines root cause and finds solutions for improvement.
- Creates complex network and service architecture design strategies and standards.
- Supervises writing of advanced documentation for technologies.
Years of experience needed
- 7 years of experience.
- Must have prior experience in either of these areas in T-Mobile domains : Catalog/Billing/CRM/Frontline
Technical Skills:
- Must have prior work experience as Solution Architect
- Adept at collaborating with various stakeholders with strong technical knowledge.
- Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
- Hands on working experience in Java and Angular
- Basic understanding of Salesforce
- Must be well versed with T-Mobile systems and fundamentals like TFB BAN MISDN etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good technical alignment towards the project
- Should be able to lead the team technically.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
