Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive project management best practices across the organization. This role will be central to establishing maintaining and improving project standards processes and tools. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are aligned with strategic business goals while delivering consistent results across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management methodologies
Create update and maintain frameworks standards and best practices across the organization. - Provide training and support
Offer guidance mentorship and hands-on training to project teams and managers on tools and techniques. - Promote best practices
Identify document and disseminate effective project management approaches organization-wide. - Manage the project portfolio
Oversee all projects prioritize initiatives and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact. - Lead risk management efforts
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. - Establish performance metrics
Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to evaluate project success and identify improvement areas. - Stakeholder communication & management
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment and transparency. - Drive continuous improvement
Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve project management processes. - Ensure compliance
Monitor projects for adherence to internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of successful project delivery using structured methodologies.
Education:
- Masters degree or MBA preferred.
Leadership & Communication:
- Exceptional leadership interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to guide teams manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project Jira or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Business Acumen:
- Ability to align projects with strategic business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Decision-making skills rooted in both data and organizational context.
Industry Knowledge:
- Experience in FinTech or financial services is a strong plus.
