Job Description
Position: Product Integration Specialist - Attensi
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term contract
Job Description:
As a Product Integration Specialist youll be the technical bridge between Attensis products and our clients IT environments. Youll work closely with client stakeholders internal product teams and external vendors to scope implement and support integrations that enhance user experience and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end product integration projects for new and existing clients
- Collaborate with client IT teams to understand system requirements and constraints
- Configure and implement integrations with client Learning Management Systems (LMS) HRIS SSO and API-based services
- Act as the technical point of contact for integration-related queries and troubleshooting
- Customize API calls webhooks and data transformation processes based on client needs
- Work closely with Product Customer Success and Engineering teams to improve the integration experience
- Maintain clear technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all integrations comply with security privacy and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR ISO27001)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience
- 2 5 years of experience in product integration technical consulting or implementation in a SaaS environment
- Experience working with REST APIs SSO (SAML/OAuth) and data formats such as JSON and XML
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday Cornerstone Moodle etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple integration projects in parallel
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-facing role
Preferred Skills
- Experience with tools like Postman Swagger or similar API platforms
- Familiarity with Azure AWS or cloud-based data integration tools
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce HRIS or ERP
- Basic scripting skills (Python JavaScript or PowerShell) are a plus
- Previous experience in EdTech HRTech or gamification platforms is desirable
