Job Description
Required Skills:
Proven experience in UI testing for web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of user interface design principles responsive design and usability best practices.
Basic understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and how they interact with front-end code.
Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
Experience with testing APIs and batch applications.
Experience with testing automation of UI and batch applications using Java based framework like cucumber.
Experience with loan and performance testing for UI (e.g. loading times responsiveness)
Write specialized testing tools and utilities for use in testing our software platform
Enhance and extend the automation library and framework
Refactor functional/automation test cases in regular cycle and reduce the test cycle time And/or come up with next gen technique to optimize the test suites.
Explore unit testing for the respective language and implement unit testing for respective projects if required.
Study and analyze software specifications documents to develop test scenarios
Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business and technical use cases
Complies with the standards and processes in the test organization
Good to have:
Exposure to cloud based applications testing.
