Role: Organizational Change Manager

Organizational Change Manager:
- The Organizational Change Manager will work on a self-directed agile team under the managerial direction of Manager Strategy. In addition the successful candidate will work closely with various business areas throughout the organization.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to various streams of work
- Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Develop strategies and integrate change management activities into program plan
- Work closely with the Modernization team to implement OCM communications strategies
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance across cross-functional teams
- Support the design development delivery and management of communications
- Create training plans and materials and manage the delivery of end-user training including subsequent follow-up activities and effectiveness assessment.
- Identify analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics to ensure adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach and provide direct support and coaching to end users and frontline managers as they help their direct report through transitions.
Required Qualifications or Experience:
- Prosci certified change practitioner
- 5 years hands-on experience in agile environments
- Excellent presentation training and coaching skills
- 5 years experience in Change Management across operational organizations
- 3 years experience working with a variety of stakeholders (field techs executives etc.)
- 3 years experience in Health Insurance and/or Financial industries and environments
