This is a remote position.
We are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion brand focused on bold design individuality and meaningful expression. As we expand our reach into the corporate market we re seeking a skilled professional to support our lead generation and B2B outreach efforts. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with corporate clients who align with our vision and values.
Optimize and maintain our LinkedIn profile to align with our brand and attract corporate clients
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and manage lead/account lists using filters (e.g. industry seniority job title)
Leverage TeamLink to identify mutual connections and opportunities for warm introductions
Craft and send personalized InMail messages addressing specific pain points and needs of each prospect
Engage with prospects by interacting with their posts and shared content to build rapport and demonstrate interest
Use alerts and saved searches to track lead activity and schedule timely follow-ups
Manage and track all outreach efforts and communications within a CRM (preferably Monday CRM)
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales messaging with brand goals
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights
Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B prospecting and outreach
Strong understanding of LinkedIn tools and features including filters TeamLink and InMail
Excellent writing and communication skills with a focus on personalization and relevance
Proficiency in CRM systems ideally Monday CRM
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prospects
Self-motivated proactive and goal-oriented
Experience in the fashion retail or creative industries is a plus
