Are you a detail-driven legal support professional looking to grow within a top-tier law firm Our client is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their Hackensack office. This hybrid role supports a collaborative group of attorneys across multiple practice areas including Litigation Real Estate Corporate and Trusts & Estates.
What Youll Do:
Prepare and edit legal documents correspondence and reports
Support multiple attorneys with calendar management travel and client coordination
Maintain legal files and enter time/billing using iManage and InTapp systems
Manage high volumes of tasks with precision and professionalism
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
3 years of experience in legal administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office InTapp and ideally iManage
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Experience supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
