Job Description

Location: Hackensack New Jersey
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you a detail-driven legal support professional looking to grow within a top-tier law firm Our client is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant to join their Hackensack office. This hybrid role supports a collaborative group of attorneys across multiple practice areas including Litigation Real Estate Corporate and Trusts & Estates.

What Youll Do:

  • Prepare and edit legal documents correspondence and reports

  • Support multiple attorneys with calendar management travel and client coordination

  • Maintain legal files and enter time/billing using iManage and InTapp systems

  • Manage high volumes of tasks with precision and professionalism


Qualifications :

What You Bring:

  • 3 years of experience in legal administrative support

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office InTapp and ideally iManage

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Experience supporting attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
