Job Description
As an Maintenance Technician I you will:
- Complete preventive maintenance guest service calls engineering projects and general repairs (painting caulking plumbing electrical etc.).
- Diagnose and repair plumbing electrical HVAC appliance and electronic issues including basic component replacements.
- Install program and troubleshoot TVs remotes and other in-room tech devices.
- Assist with inventory checks and ensure materials parts and tools are available.
- Use hand/power tools and software systems (e.g. HotSOS) safely and effectively including working at heights with proper PPE.
- Identify hazards follow safety protocols and comply with all resort policies and procedures.
- Interact positively with guests and staff maintain a professional appearance and support resort leadership with assigned tasks.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Engineering/Maintenance/Trades operations within a resort or commercial environment.
- Must communicate effectively with immediate supervisors and resort leadership.
- Written and verbal communication in English is expected.
- Must be detail-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various tasks perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Regularly the team member must lift move push or pull up to 50 pounds.
