Oaks Hotels Resorts & Suites are looking for a Cluster General Manager to lead multiple teams across a portfolio of properties including Cairns Townsville and Port Douglas.
In this pivotal role you will bring strategic vision operational expertise and a people-first mindset to drive commercial success and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Senior Hotel Management and will lead by example and empower their teams to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee day-to-day profitability presentation and operations of multiple properties
- Play a crucial role in coaching developing and managing the property teams to achieve their highest potential
- Analyse data to drive revenue improve RevPAR and reduce operational costs
- Maintain accountability for the overall efficiency and performance of the properties
- Manage body corporate and guest relations while maintaining compliance with brand safety and sustainability standards
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive experience in multi-property or senior hotel management
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a strong focus on driving revenue
- Strategic business acumen and commercial reality
- A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses
- Demonstrated achievement in recruiting driving and supporting teams to ensure a high performing team culture including an extensive portfolio in successful coaching and development
- Passion for innovation operational excellence and guest satisfaction
- Clear and confident communication both written and verbal
- Committed to continuous improvement and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
