Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect specializing in a Fit Out project to join our dynamic team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm you will lead and oversee fit-out projects for commercial and residential spaces ensuring high-quality design solutions that meet client needs and adhere to local regulations.
- Lead the design and execution of fit-out projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients contractors and internal teams to develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Manage and mentor junior architects and design teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards timelines and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design integrity
- Prepare and present design proposals drawings and specifications to clients and stakeholders
- Stay updated on local building codes regulations and sustainable design practices
- Develop and maintain client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals
- Contribute to business development efforts and participate in client pitches
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Professional architecture license
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on fit-out projects
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex fit-out projects
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations particularly in Qatar
- Expertise in interior design space planning and sustainable design practices
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams
- LEED certification is preferred
- Familiarity with local construction practices and materials in Qatar
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
