As a key member of the Commercial Unit Leadership Team (CULT) and capability owner for P&S in the countries in scope the P&S CU Head designs contributes to and drives the CU strategic agenda delivering key financial and operational targets transforming the business operations and building capabilities fit for the future. Responsible for leading the supply team to deliver the business imperatives while continually improving processes to respond to a dynamic environment playing an active role in designing and implementing regional strategic priorities.
Reports to Regional Head of P&S and dotted line to the CU Head.

Accountabilities
- Participates in the formation and transformation of CU strategy business policy and objectives
- Contribute to the growth of the business through support in implementing supply chain sourcing and production operations concepts and strategies. Act as an equal business partner to the CU Commercial teams
- Responsible for HSE quality supply planning security and replenishment of supply total cost of supply inventory and risk management S&OP logistics order management import and customs and related Supply activities
- Improve supply chain digitalization; bring relevant information to assist in decision making
- Build a supply chain roadmap to identify strategic initiatives for the next 5 years
- Enhance customer touch points for positive experiences
- Improve the teams capability and develop leaders for the future
- Co-ordinate Budget and Financial Plan preparation (ensuring realism & consistency) based on thorough assessments of forecast economics products opportunities and resources
- Ensure CU assets operate to Global Supply standards and meet all applicable legislative requirements
- Benchmark and aim to be the # 1 P&S organization vs industry competition in the respective CU
- Represent the P&S function in the CU risk management committee ensuring key P&S risks are recorded and managed
Knowledge Experience & Capabilities
- 10 years of experience leading a team covering Planning Procurement Logistics HSE Quality Demand Management Customer Service preferably in a multinational Matrix organization
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Business and Market knowledge: previous experience in Mexico Central America and Caribe is an advantage
- Enterprise Leadership capabilities: ability to transform
