Job Description
Experience: 10 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and integrate hybrid Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID environments at scale.
- Lead directory migrations consolidations and cloud adoption projects.
- Implement advanced authentication methods including passwordless and phishing-resistant solutions.
- Develop Conditional Access policies and robust access controls (RBAC PBAC).
- Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO NIST GDPR).
- Automate IAM operations using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Leverage AI/ML for identity threat detection and adaptive authentication.
- Advise on IAM strategy Zero Trust architecture and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM with organizational goals.
- Apply project management skills to drive successful IAM initiatives.
