The NA Emerging Payment Products team is hiring a Senior Manager. The NA Emerging Payment Products team is responsible for supporting the Head of NA Product & Strategy in achieving its top priorities . The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director NA Emerging Payment Products and will focus on both strategic and execution-oriented topics.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
Strong oral and written communication skills able to craft compelling communications in short time frames.
Ability to structure and manage complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor as well as attention to detail.
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations based on fact based quantitative analysis.
In depth understanding of Visa core products pricing strategy and two-sided market dynamics.
Curious and fast learner with a positive can-do attitude
The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159100.00 to 230900.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
