Makpar has an exciting opportunity for a Lead UiPath RPA Developer.
We are seeking a Lead UiPath RPA Developer for a permanent position.
Position: Lead UiPath RPA Developer
Position Type: Full Time-Hybrid
Job Description:
Role Specific Duties:
- Design develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Develop and maintain RPA hots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
- Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshore
- Implement best practices for data governance scalability and security.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services.
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Overall 8 years of IT experience & 3 years in RPA development using UiPath
- Strong knowledge of architecting designing developing arid deploying automation solutions using Ui Path software
- Good in analyzing business processes identifying automation opportunities creating workflows developing and configuring BOTs using Ui Path
- Demonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design implementation deployment and live site support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems.
- Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath is a must.
- Strong analytical quantitative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.
- Certified UiPath RPA Developer
