Job Description
We are hiring a Program Scheduler to join a growing team supporting advanced embedded computer subsystems and sensor solutions for aerospace and defense applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with program managers and cross-functional teams across engineering procurement and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain program schedules that map out engineering manufacturing purchasing and customer delivery timelines.
Perform program setup activities in MS Project Oracle Primavera or other scheduling tools as required.
Support Program Managers in developing comprehensive Program Plans.
Develop and update Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) cost profiles budgets and action items as needed.
Conduct basic risk and opportunity analysis of schedules and budgets.
Assist with proposal development by preparing schedules cost profiles and supporting documentation.
Coordinate internal meetings track action items and support customer presentation preparation.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or Technical/Trade school certification required; Bachelors degree preferred in Project Management Business Operations Supply Chain Finance or Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas in a team environment.
Experience with MS Project and SAP is highly desired.
