Soprana Cucina is Ashevilles newest rooftop dining destinationa vibrant high-energy pizzeria with unforgettable views and even better food. Were looking for a dependable and upbeat Dining Support Specialist to help deliver a top-notch guest experience.
In this role youll be the backbone of our dining team keeping the space polished organized and ready for the next wave of guests. Youll assist with food running reset tables and support our servers in creating an effortless elevated experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
What Youll Do:
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages quickly and accurately
- Reset tables and ensure the dining space always looks sharp
- Refill supplies like utensils napkins and condiments
- Help with large parties and events
- Keep an eye out for anything guests might needyoure part of the hospitality
- Jump in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
- Follow cleanliness and safety standards to keep everyone comfortable
What Youll Need:
- A friendly team-first attitude
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- A desire to grow in the hospitality industry
