Job Description
The Opportunity
The Merchants primary responsibility is to develop and assort product to achieve financial and brand objectives. You will merchandise across multiple channels to maximize sales margins and inventory turnover while promoting our brand image and product quality.
- You will be hybrid in the West Chester Ohio location.

- You will report to our Director of Merchandising.
Your Impact
- You will partner with the merchandise director to develop and implement our business strategies that maximize sales margins and inventory productivity.
- You will demonstrate understanding of how to maximize business strategies across catalog ecommerce and retail.
- You will work with the planning team to develop buy plans insure product delivery.
- You will conduct negotiations with vendors to establish the pricing including terms freight and return policies; product exclusivity agreements; the right to first look at new products; and to secure advertising allowances.
- You will track the performance of each product via sales profit and return analysis thereby developing and recommending ongoing product strategies.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years buying and/or product development experience with success.
- Bachelors Degree preferred in Marketing Merchandising or related field or Associates Degree and equivalent experience.
- You must be available for domestic and international travel.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
