Responsibilities

What Youll Do

In this role youll be the engine behind a seamless onboarding experience for our new team members. Youll juggle multiple priorities coordinate across departments and ensure every detail is in place before day one. Youll also support talent acquisition efforts for administrative and non-clinical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and streamline thenew hire onboarding processfrom start to finish
  • Coordinatepre-employment screeningsandcredentialing documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access to systems equipment and training
  • Build strong supportive relationships with new hires
  • Keep onboarding tasks on track with proactive follow-up and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready team member files
  • Supporttalent acquisitionby posting jobs screening candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Manage data in ourHRISATS andLMSplatforms
  • Recommend process improvements to keep us moving faster and smarter
  • Embrace a culture of compliance collaboration and continuous improvement

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Six (6) months prior business experience.
  • Prior recruiting onboarding or HR experience preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration human resources or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of experience and education may satisfy the educational requirement.
