Travel will also be required to our Matthews and Rock Hill locations. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a busy neurosurgery practice. New graduates will be considered based on previous experience and capabilities. You must be able to multi-task and remain flexible to ever-changing physician and patient needs. This position requires excellent communication skills with all levels of patients and staff strong decision-making skills and is a self-starter who can work effectively in a team environment. Clinical Responsibilities: - Rooms patients; obtains vitals medical history medication records and chief complaint.
- Assists physicians and APPs with clinics and various procedures.
- Completes disability and FMLA forms and other forms as required based on interventions planned using specific parameters as provided by licensed staff.
- Maintains patient records using EMR. Experience with Next Gen is a plus.
- Complies with all our processes and HIPAA regulations.
- Applies our values in decision-making and interactions with all individuals.
- Promotes a positive work environment through effective teamwork.
- Other duties as assigned by changing needs patient flow or physician request.
