Please note: We are currently only looking to hire On-Call Supply ECEs at this time!
Responsibilities
Implement an Emergent Curriculum that supports individual development
Maintain daily documentation reporting and attendance records
Support childrens emotional cognitive physical and behavioral development
Collaborate with professionals like Speech or Occupational Therapists as needed
Ensure health safety and licensing compliance including room ratios
Participate actively in team meetings workshops and classroom transitions
Qualifications
Registered ECE in the Province of Nova Scotia
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry
Up-to-date Immunizations including 2-step TB test
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (Level B or C)
Ability to push pull or lift up to 45 lbs
