This is a contingent position based upon contract award

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and serving as a key liaison between the executive the directorates Offices and Groups and the User Engagement Teams ( Field Representatives Service Representatives IC and other DoD partner representatives).

• Responsible for understanding stakeholders enduring intelligence and operational needs while developing and delivering integrated NRO solutions that empower stakeholders with timely actionable intelligence.

• Solve stakeholder problems keep security in tradecraft deliver tailored access and content confirm that stakeholders understand and utilize the full potential of IC capabilities and deploy innovative quick reaction solutions.

• works across the enterprise to keep IC leadership informed of all significant issues affecting stakeholder needs and to help enable end-to-end technical and programmatic closure.

• Proactively identify enterprise-wide technical and functional problems process challenges and opportunities and propose solutions to guide the Government to a more efficient delivery of products and services.

Education

• Bachelors degree in technical computer science engineering or business field

Desired Education:

• Graduate degree in a technical computer science engineering or business field

• Certified Program Manager (e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Certification)

Years of Experience

• Minimum five (5) years of experience serving as CPM or SETA team lead or equivalent role (e.g. Government PM COTR)

• Cross Domain IC Mission Experience (e.g. SIGINT GEOINT).

• 8 years recent (within the last 15 years) IC and/or COCOM experience (relevant experience is defined as time spent managing cost schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services to users)

Desired Experience:

• Experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in a military intelligence community or space operations environment

• Experience with federal acquisition requirements development research & development and lifecycle management processes

• Experience leading collaboration across diverse teams and mission goals and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders
