The Inventory Production Technician is a hands-on role within our Supply Chain Operations team focused on the testing and configuration of Datto hardware and software. This is a production-focused position requiring attention to detail technical aptitude and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and configure components based on work orders and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Identify and report non-conforming assemblies and components.
- Adhere to Invoice/Replacement SLAs and ensure timely imaging and labeling of stock appliances.
- Manage monthly server order requirements efficiently.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers pliers wire cutters (dykes) and drill guns.
- Follow all operational procedures safety rules and company regulations.
- Support other departments and work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CompTIA A Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and intermediate computer navigation skills.
- Strong time management communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret basic documentation.
- High attention to detail and self-motivation.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
