Job Description
Precision Walls Inc. one of the nations leading specialty contractors is seeking a driven and experienced Architectural Product Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Cary NC with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across North Carolina South Carolina and Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community
- Drive product specifications through architects developers and contractors
- Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients
- Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community
- Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs
- Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience
- Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market
- Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities
