Due to significant growth and recent large property acquisition were excited to announce two newly created full-time permanent contracts within our Direct Labour Operation (DLO). Were looking for experienced multi-skilled plumbers who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

What Youll Do
Carry out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance tasks to a high standard aiming for first-time fixes.
Multi-trade experience including Carpentry/Kitchen/Bathroom fitter experienceis essential for this role.
Represent Paradigm professionally in residentshomes ensuring a respectful and courteous approach.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations reporting any concerns promptly.
Manage van stock efficiently and minimise material waste.
Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
Support apprentices and team members with guidance and mentoring.
Participate in our on-call rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (not essential)
What Youll Bring
Relevant trade qualifications (City & Guilds Part 1 & 2 NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Carpentry or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a plumber with additional skills in carpentry ideally including kitchen and bathroom fitting door hanging and general woodwork repairs.
A full UK driving licence (preferably clean).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
A sound understanding of health and safety practices.
