Responsibilities:
- Customer service over the phone and in person
- Answering phones returning voicemails
- Assisting with sales transactions on our online ticketing system
- Email correspondence
- Complete customer mailings
- Responsible for daily cash handling
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Must work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Some evening and weekend hours will be required in addition to workday hours
- Some theatre experience is preferred
