How to Apply: Overview
InstructionalLeads in the Acero Schools Network serve as key members of the StudentAchievement Team. They will work towards the improvement of academic programsby identifying and developing high quality resources. Specialists will buildcapacity in schools through professional development coaching and facilitationof PLCs. Specialists will partner with high performing schools to planimplement and evaluate pilot programs towards new and innovative analysis of network-wide data resources and guidelines will informprogram design and resource allocation relative to the specialists area offocus. As a member of the Student Achievement Team Instructional Leads aretasked with collaborative planning with leadership towards superior academicperformance for all schools. The STEM Instructional Lead will ensure that AceroSchools provides cutting-edge integration of mathematics and scienceinstruction leading to student mastery.

Physical Demands
The nature of the work requires an ability tooperate standard business office equipment and the ability to communicate andexchange information collect compile and prepare work documents set-up andmaintain work files. Physical demands include the ability to stand bend reachhigh and low stoop and walk around the classroom 60% of the day. In additioncandidates must be able to lift and/or push and pull 15 to 20lbs for shortperiods of time and walk up and down stairs several times a day.
Working Conditions
Majority of work is performed ina general office requires availability forextended hours plus non-traditional hours required to perform requires participation and attendance at organization-sponsoredevents and meetings.
