Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Office Support team member to assist with a variety ofessential accounting tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a face-paced office environment and is eager to learn and contribute a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and organizing financial documents
- Supporting Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions
- Assisting with deal billing
- Providing support for the cashier as needed
- Performing other general office duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CDK dealership management system is a strong plus
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
- Prior experience in an automotiveor dealership setting is helpful
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail
- excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- good communication and team work skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
